experiences of an international project manager managing a virtual team. It explores some
of the challenges of remote management such as culture, time and technology. And it provides
some tips and techniques for succeeding as a virtual team.
Our speaker, Steve Murphy, has over 10 years of experience as a Project and Programmer
Manager. For the last 7 years he has been managing global projects for Hewlett Packard.
