Peter Gammon, Senior Consultant at Contact to ContRact, has over sixteen years' experience of the IT and
technology industry in both the ERP and CRM sectors. His special areas of expertise are professional services
delivery, operations and customer service. His management record covers all stages of the business cycle
including strategic planning, product development, account management, people management, customer service,
consultancy and project management.
Peter is currently working for a global storage customer implementing a customised project management
methodology that is based on the principles of PMI. Peter has also recently enhanced Contact to ContRact's
ExecKIT® to embody PMI's PMBOK®. ExecKIT® encapsulates IT and technology company best practice
providing a coordinated approach to commercial project management.
Peter is a member of the Project Management Institute and is PRINCE2 accredited.
