"PMI BoK Does it Work?"

The PMBOK® the Project Management Institute (PMI) captures knowledge from the project management profession that is "generally recognised as best practice". Interpreting this knowledge into a real approach or methodology that meets the needs of your business and its customers is the challenge you face. Developing a scalable methodology that demonstrates the professionalism and control of your company, whilst not becoming a hindrance to the achievement of the project goal, is fundamental to your success.

This presentation explores the knowledge areas of PMBOK®, identifying the components that contribute to a scalable approach to delivery, and which integrate the sales and support functions of your business. Effective transformation of the knowledge into a practical approach will enable you to improve customer relationships and satisfaction.
